The second vintage of red wine Javier Sanz Bruñal is already on the market. After the success that we had with last vintage (2017) that was sold out in record time (4 months), and as a result of working years in oenology and in the field, today we present Javier Sanz Bruñal 2018.
VITICULTURE
Javier Sanz, in his eagerness to create different wines, has explored different winegrowing areas, looking for selected and unknown varieties.
This is how he discovered the Bruñal grape, originally from the Arribes del Duero (Salamanca – Spain), barely cultivated today.
Counting, only, with 8 hectares planted throughout Spain, we can affirm that we are facing an unusual, fresh wine that will surprise everyone who try it.
FEATURES
This is a red wine with cherry red colour, with purplish rim, clean and bright. It has great intensity of red fruits in nose, integrating with the toasting of the wood where it ages during 5 months (French and American) and very mineral touches.
In the mouth it gives freshness, with a very good acidity that is integrated from the beginning to the end. A very meaty and sweet wine.
This vintage of Javier Sanz Bruñal (2018) it is avalable in the usual buying ways. It has a production of 6,000 bottles.
